Your Daily Tasks

Manage compilation and review engagements with autonomy and precision

Prepare corporate and personal income tax returns

Collaborate on the preparation of financial statements and client reports

Requirements & Assets

Hold a CPA designation (or be in the process of obtaining it)

Experience in an accounting firm — we appreciate versatile profiles

Knowledge of Taxprep and CaseWare (or a willingness to learn them quickly!)

Analytical mind, curiosity, and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple files without losing focus

Positive attitude, autonomy, and a good sense of humor

Accounting Technician

Your Daily Tasks

Prepare compilation files and assist with review engagements

Perform full bookkeeping for our business clients

Prepare tax returns, T4/T5 slips, and government remittances

Collaborate with CPAs on the preparation of financial statements

Communicate with clients to obtain missing information

Help improve internal processes and share your ideas

Contribute to maintaining a positive and stimulating work environment
Requirements & Assets
-
DEP, DEC, or equivalent accounting training
-
Experience in an accounting firm or bookkeeping (an asset!)
-
Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Taxprep, CaseWare, or QuickBooks
-
Attention to detail, thoroughness, and organizational skills
-
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously without losing your smile

Autonomy, curiosity, and team spirit
