Origins
CMG Solutions, CPA Inc. is first and foremost a family story. The acronym CMG pays tribute to three key figures: Cynthia (sister), Matthews (brother), and Georges (father). The word “Solutions” summarizes our philosophy: for every accounting or tax challenge, there is a clear path; our role is to find it, explain it, and implement it for each client. This approach — rigorous, educational, and deeply human — guides each of our interventions.

CMG Solutions, CPA Inc. is led by a passionate and complementary mother-son duo: Stevens Routier, CPA and Chantal Routhier, CPA. Together, they combine experience, rigor, and a deeply human approach.
Their mission goes far beyond numbers: they aim to help entrepreneurs demystify their finances, make informed decisions, and grow their business with confidence. With CMG Solutions, accounting becomes a strategic tool for development, not a constraint.
Stevens
Stevens worked in accounting for several companies across various sectors, which allowed him to thoroughly understand the diverse realities of SMEs.
Throughout his career, he observed a recurring problem: the quality of customer service in accounting was deteriorating. Too many entrepreneurs and individuals found themselves alone facing their financial challenges, without human support or tailored advice.
When he launched his own construction business – which did not last – he nevertheless impressed his subcontractors with his ethics, his sense of service, and his ability to find concrete solutions. They encouraged him to leverage these strengths in a field that greatly needed them: accounting.
This is how CMG Solutions was born: a firm that places the client and practical solutions at the heart of the business relationship.
Chantal
Chantal has over 40 years of experience in finance and accounting. Her career led her to hold strategic positions within large companies such as Nortel and Bombardier, where she not only managed the financial operations of major divisions but also led international teams.
Over the years, she developed recognized expertise in resource management, budget planning, and financial process optimization. Her rigorous and human-centered leadership allowed her to steer large-scale projects, build strong teams, and support organizations through periods of both growth and transformation.
Today, she applies this wealth of experience to serve entrepreneurs and individuals, with the aim of offering them the same rigor, strategic support, and global vision that characterized her corporate career.
